A submitted bank-transfer reference is only a request. Book chapters unlock after an administrator independently verifies and approves the payment. Do not send another transfer just because approval is pending.
Sign in and open the Premium and payments page to see the available purchasing flow and any request status shown there.
Book purchases and AI membership are separate. Standard school textbooks and premium skill books have their own prices; an AI trial or AI subscription does not itself purchase those books.
Use the library search or choose School books and Skill books. Some titles may not be published yet. If a chapter is locked, check your purchase status rather than assuming an error.
Ask the tutor to explain each step, compare it against your textbook, and verify important decisions with a qualified teacher or professional. AI can produce confident errors; do not rely on it for emergencies, payments or confidential decisions.
Never share your password, one-time login code, bank PIN or private payment proof in student chats. Only accept friend requests you recognise. Student search is intended to show limited profile details; private chat is for accepted connections.
If someone claims to be an administrator and requests your password or verification code, do not give it to them.
This page provides self-service guidance. It is not a live customer-support inbox. Use only officially identified LearnBridge support channels for account, payment or data questions; do not share sensitive records with other students or unofficial accounts.
If a contact channel has not yet been published, do not send personal documents to an unverified address. The dedicated support-request channel is still being developed.
